Sony is a well known and trusted name in technology. They continue to keep their name at the top of the list with the Sony Vaio notebook computer. With its first model they led the other manufacturers in innovation and concept. My first notebook computer was, in fact, a refurbished Sony Vaio with a mere 128MB of RAM and a 10GB hard drive build around an AMD CPU the name of which I no longer remember.
Sony has always made computers that are suitable for use students as well as professionals. Coming equipped with the latest in CPU technology and lots of RAM and HD space, Sony’s computers have the features needed to complete the most technical of jobs as well as a simple word documents and even play the latest computer games. Most importantly, Sony style has always given their computers an edge over competing brands because of the nice designs that often rival those of Apple Computer.
Today the Sony Vaio notebook computer is considered to be a top of the line notebook computer thanks to years of experience and engineering. With all of the features the Sony Vaio notebook computer has to offer it is no wonder that it remains one of the top selling notebook computer brands in the entire world.
Being first in the world of notebook computer technology has always been Sony’s benchmark. The Sony Vaio notebook computer was the first to build into their notebook computer wireless networking. This feature was available without the necessity of an added networking card or external device. This has allowed Sony to continue to be ahead of the rest.
Since the days when Sony laptop computers were the first to include a CD ROM drive, Sony was the first to offer their notebook computers in a variety of color options. They also offered to emblazon your company’s logo on the top. Pink, green, blue, turquoise, you name it and it will be done. Computers are not just for geeks anymore. Many believe that Apple were the first to start selling a computer product that emphasized style over functionality but Sony was there first and none can deny this.
It is just another way that Sony makes the customer feel like they are just as much a part of the design process of their own notebook computer as the company building it is and it is something that customers have readily responded to.
Sony has also been developing external security features that include a tougher outer skin on the Sony Vaio notebook computer. Notebook computers used to be extremely sensitive machines and while they still are very sensitive Sony has taken some of the incidental bumps out of the notebook computer by encasing some of their notebook computers in hard carbon fiber casing.
