Knowledge is power

I just wrote earlier about my frequent travels some of which are for business and other for personal reasons. Speaking of the latter, I have accumulated a considerable amount of vacation time and I am thinking of taking some time off in the next couple of months. The question is where to actually go without breaking the bank.

I get an unbelievable amount of emails with offers for Vegas vacations but I really don’t feel like flying overseas this time around. I live in Australia now and since I have not seen much of this part of the world I figured I should spend a few days exploring this vast continent. That said, I think about spending a few days in Tasmania. There are lots of outdoors activities that I can enjoy there. I can go early summer and enjoy one of its many beaches or maybe a bit earlier and spend some time kayaking or hiking. There are definitely many options and I’m going to have to take some time to properly plan it. Tasmania, here I come!
