You can still find a low interest rate mortgage

I know that the market doesn’t look all that great right now with the subprime loan crisis that has taken its toll on the real estate market but there is still hope. Many people have lost their homes and many others will lose them sooner or later as they default on their loan payments. Many will tell you that the party is over and the chances of finding mortgage lenders willing to work with you to find a reasonable mortgage that you can live with are few if not zero.

This could not be further than the truth. If you have a steady income and some assets to your name, you can still find a mortgage lender willing to work with you. These professionals didn’t just quit their jobs because the real estate bubble finally burst. They are still out there looking for the right people to lend money to. Do your research and ask around. If you are a financially sound individual, you will have no difficulty getting a mortgage with a reasonable interest rate. All it takes is a bit of work on your part.
