Having children complicates life

A friend of mine became a father a couple of weeks ago. He and his wife are happy parents of the cutest little girl on this planet. Needless to say, neither were truly prepared for what having a little baby at home entailed. I don’t think the guy has had the chances to sleep for 8 hours straight since the baby came home. Having children certainly complicates life but, honestly, he doesn’t care. He is definitely the happiest I have ever seen him at work.

Yesterday, he was on his computer looking for baby things. Buying anything for a baby is a very complex things since parents become very obsessive about safety. He was looking for a child seat for his car. I think he must have looked at all the different child seats he could find online. He probably read every detail in the manuals and checked the safety rating like a hawk. In the end, he decided to pick up a product from Britax which apparently met all his strict requirements for child safety and comfort. I think he would be better off not driving for a while.
