The insurance scam

It is unbelievable and I think I may have written about this before but insurance is the biggest scam on Earth. I remember a time when people lived full lives without fearing death every second. Sure, you can die at any time but do you really need insurance to cover every possible cause of death? Today you can buy insurance for everything In some case, such as health insurance it makes sense to have some since everyone becomes sick at some point in their life and maybe considering the high rate of automobile accidents having car insurance is also a good idea. But many other forms of insurance seem absurd to say the least. Recently I was approached by someone who was selling child life insurance. Is this really necessary?

How about the fact that insurance companies only sell their product to those people who actually don’t need it. For example, it is easy to get affordable health insurance if you are 100% healthy but good luck getting covered if you even had a cold that required seeing a doctor in the last, say 20 years. The insurance industry is ridiculous and probably the biggest scam to have ever been forced upon us!
