Freezing time prank at Grand Central Station

A group of 207 mischievous people executed a smart prank at New York’s Grand Central Station confusing other passengers and giving them the idea that time had somehow frozen. This was the work of New York’s Improv Everywhere whose mission since 2001 is to “cause scenes of chaos and joy in public places.”
