How does a cop with an IQ in the teens explains forgetting to put his car into park before stepping out to write a ticket? He simply states, “jumped out of gear!” True story with the video below to prove it.
PS: I can’t believe he went back and gave that person a traffic ticket after embarrassing himself so badly.
