Buy a Titan missile base on eBay

Lots of great and weird things are posted on eBay every year. I never thought I would see this one: a decommissioned Titan missile base in central Washington is posted on eBay for $1.5 million. The 57-acre underground facility constructed in the 1950s includes 16 buildings (underground) and 3 Titan missile silos. There are additional building over the ground including two manufactured homes and storage containers. The seller is Bari Hotchkiss who is also considering a joint venture developing the base as opposed to selling it.
