This must be the dumbest thief on the planet. Watch him on the security cameras as he tries to break into a store, falling several times, and going on a shopping spree just to realize that he has locked himself inside the store! A classic moment is towards the end when he waits for the police to arrest him smoking a cigarette, the reason he went into all this trouble in the first place.
