The power of Teeth
By Bigsky • Sep 12th, 2007 • Category: HumorIn a bid to set a new world record Mr. Rathakrishnan Velu from Malaysia dubbed “King Tooth” tried to pull a seven-coach train using a steel rope attached to his teeth, yes his teeth. With face contortions rivaling Bruce Banner becoming the Incredible Hulk Mr. Velu pulled the train more than 9 feet along railway tracks in Kuala Lumpur. By the way, the train was approximately 328 tons. Apparently, Mr. Velu believes that his ability (if you can call it that) stems from an ancient form of Indian meditation which gives rise to inner strength.
Mr. Velu in his first attempt pulled the train along the tracks 9 feet 2.2 inches, with a second 2 feet 4.7 inches. His final attempt resulted in moving the train 8 feet 1.6 inches. No word yet on if the record was broken.
