Rush Hour 3 review

I can now say that I have probably watched the worst movie of this summer. Rush Hour 3 was just plain pathetic. A more atrocious movie has never been made. I can’t even believe that I wasted $14 of my hard earned money to watch this ridiculous movie.
Chris Tucker seized to be funny a long time ago and he should seriously give up already; he would be doing everyone a big favor if he retired. We have seen your impersonation of Michael Jackson before; we loved it years ago when it was fresh. It is no longer entertaining and lives us with the aftertaste of a reheated TV dinner. Either get some new acts together or get the fuck of my screen.
Similarly, Jackie Chan no longer has what it takes to make movies. Now that he is older and the well choreographed action scenes are not a major part of his movies, he is nothing but a shadow of the Jackie Chan that we all loved in Rumble in the Bronx and Drunken Master. He is also not very funny anymore; his comedy was hilarious within the context of his fighting but without the Kung Fu and all the other stunts, he is boring to watch. Maybe it is time to consider singing as a new career; actually, never mind that!
The movie’s plot must have been written by a thousand monkeys typing on a thousand typewriters for not enough time. It was so retarded that I think it was written by the same guy who writes President Bush’s speeches; I mean it was so bad that it will soon be used in universities as a case study of how not to write a movie script. Curiously, it seemed very similar to the plot of the first Rush Hour movie. I won’t give away the storyline because some of you regardless of this review will still decide to pay and watch this crappy waste of bits and bytes.
Please, the next time Tucker and Chan get together to make a movie, let it go straight to DVD. It’s really not worth our time and money. Better yet, don’t let Tucker and Chan make another movie together!
