If you are now entering the workforce for the first time in your life or you are a veteran looking to change jobs, you must know that getting the job that caught your eye in the classifieds is a two step process. First you must prepare a great resume and cover letter which will get you called in for an interview. Second, you have to ace the interview and get them to offer you the job on your own terms. There is hardly any point in preparing yourself for the interview if your resume and cover letter are so terribly written that you never make it thus far.
