The thrill of a life-time driving a Bugatti Veyron at top speed

The Buggatti Veyron is said to be the world’s fastest most powerful car in production that is also street legal. This incredible vehicle has a 16-cylinder engine that delivers an astonishing 1001 horsepower requiring 10 radiators to keep it cool; in contrast the average car has a single radiator. Buggatti’s claim is that the car’s top speed is 253 miles per hour or 407 kilometers per hour. To test this claim, Jeremy Clarkson and his Top Gear team, took the Veyron for a speed test at Ehra-Lessien in Germany, which has a straight piece of track of 5.5 miles long, suitable for the test. James May was the lucky driver who experienced what few people will ever traveling at this incredible speed in a car.
