Move to Canada if you want a job

According to Statistics Canada, the Canadian economy is booming generating far more jobs than experts expected. In fact, during the month of January, a grand total of 88,900 jobs were created beating economists expectations of 10,000 to 15,000 jobs.
Apparently, most of these new jobs were created in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia. This should be no surprise since Alberta’s economy is booming due to its vast oil supply in the Oil Sands project. Similarly, British Columbia is growing at a frantic pace with construction taking place everywhere and especially in the city of Vancouver. Vancouver and Whistler are preparing to host the 2010 Winter Olympics so there is much construction work in housing and transportation, i.e., highway expansion and a new train connecting the downtown to the Vancouver international airport. No wonder the unemployment rate in BC dropped by a whole percentage point to only 4.3%.
